Engine, along with over 30 startups and members of the innovation ecosystem, sent a letter to the administration describing how recent changes to visa pathwasys would limit startup access to essential high skilled talent.The new costs and barriers associated with the H-1B visa program risk placing an already difficult pathway for startups even further out of reach.
