Rachel is the Policy Director at Engine. Previously, Rachel worked as a Legislative Director at TwinLogic Strategies, a bi-partisan, all female, tech-lobbying shop and on Capitol Hill, as Counsel to Congressman Blake Farenthold (R-TX), a Member of the House Judiciary Committee. Rachel received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her undergraduate degree in economics from The George Washington University.
