Recruiting and Maintaining a Diverse Tech Workforce

  • 2261 Rayburn House Building (map)

Employers, both public and private, large and small, are looking to hire a diverse workforce for the digital age. To truly modernize our workforce, leaders in the tech industry, in the government, and even on Capitol Hill, need to think about recruiting a diverse workplace that emcompasses employees from different backgrounds and perspectives. This includes race, gender, ethnic groups, age, religion, sexual orientation, citizenship status, and military service.

Join this panel of experts for a dialogue on how government and industry leaders are working to make their organizations more inclusive and the benefits of recruiting a diverse workforce.
